First, try entering your PrideNet password manually. Sometimes, the saved password hasn't been updated, so you will need to retype it. Make sure to enter your username without the domain (don't include @springfieldcollege.edu or @springfield.edu). 

If you receive an error when logging in, check to see whether you can log in to PrideNet or Brightspace. If you can't get into PrideNet, contact the Technical Services Center or visit password.springfield.edu to reset your password. 

If you are able to successfully log into PrideNet/Brightspace but are still having trouble viewing library resources such as eBooks or databases, this FAQ on password issues from the TSC Help Desk may resolve your problem. You may need to follow these steps to remove a saved password from your web browser.
