There are 14 computers in the Reference Lab on the first floor of the library. Eight of these computers have been set aside for use by Springfield College students, faculty, and staff exclusively. The remaining computers can be used either by SC students, faculty, and staff or by visitors from the community. All computer users must display a high school ID, a Springfield College ID, or adult ID (e.g. driver's license) when using the computers. Children younger than high school age must be accompanied by an adult over 21 years of age. When school is in session, high school students may not use the computers before 3 p.m., in accordance with the Springfield Public Schools Department.

Please refer to the Reference Lab policy for more information about using the computers in the Reference Lab.

There are 50 computers in the Open Lab, located in the basement of the library. This lab is open to Springfield College faculty, staff, and students only during library hours.
