We have digitized Springfield College alumni's work from 1901 through the present. With some exceptions, you are able to search and browse Springfield College Theses & Dissertations online.

Basic Theses & Dissertations Search

  1. Begin your search via Quick Search on the library website.

  2. Enter topic keywords, an author's name, or the title of a known thesis and click Search.

  3. On the results screen, select Thesis/Dissertation under the Format limiter on the left. (You may need to expand the dropdown menu to see this option.)

  4. Click the "View eBook" button.

Recent Springfield College Thesis or Dissertation Search

  1. Click on the Research menu on any Library Services webpage.

  2. Click Theses, Dissertations, and Projects.

  3. Select Springfield College Theses & Dissertations on the side menu.

  4. Change the Sort By box from "Author Ascending" to "Date Descending" to sort by most recent submissions.

  5. Once in the record, view the document by clicking the download icon on the right.

Theses & Dissertations from Other Institutions

Search in a database relevant to that topic from our Database List. If you are interested in finding only theses and dissertations, look for a "Publication Type" search limit in the database you are using.

If you need to consult a thesis or dissertation that Library Services does not own, we can try to get a copy from another library via interlibrary loan. However, because a minimal number of copies of theses and dissertations exist, we cannot always find a copy to borrow.

Please Ask the Library if you have questions about locating a specific thesis or dissertation.
